ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা: অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর ঢাকার ভিতরে ২-৩ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৫ দিনের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি দেওয়া হয়।
ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি: আমরা সারাদেশে ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি সুবিধা দিই। তবে কাস্টমাইজড প্রোডাক্টের ক্ষেত্রে কুরিয়ার চার্জ অগ্রিম প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

আনবক্সিং ভিডিও বাধ্যতামূলক: পার্সেলটি খোলার সময় অবশ্যই একটি কাট ছাড়া Unboxing Video করতে হবে। ভিডিও প্রমাণ ছাড়া ভাঙা বা ভুল প্রোডাক্টের কমপ্লেইন গ্রহণযোগ্য হবে না।
রিটার্ন সময়সীমা: প্রোডাক্টে কোনো সমস্যা থাকলে তা ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে আমাদের জানিয়ে কুরিয়ারে রিটার্ন করতে হবে।
